Preheat oven or toaster to 325°F.
Place one or all cookie dough portions 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
Bake 13-15 minutes for a soft and chewy cookie. 16-18 minutes for a crispier cookie.
Remove from oven and let sit on baking sheet – cookies continue to bake as they cool. Enjoy!
