Preheat oven or toaster oven to 325°F.
Place one or all cookie dough portions 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
Bake 9-11 minutes for a soft and chewy cookie. 13-15 minutes for a crispier cookie.
Remove from oven. Let sit on baking sheet for at least 5 minutes - cookies continue to bake as they cool. Enjoy!
