Cooking Instructions:
Storage & Prep: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Cook from frozen. Cook times may vary.
Cook to an internal temperature of 165F.
Skillet - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil skillet. Add frozen Beyond Steak™ and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Season to your liking and enjoy.
Air Fryer - In a single layer, add frozen Beyond Steak™ to air fryer basket. Set air fryer temperature to 350?F and time to 4-5 minutes and cook. Season to your liking and enjoy.
Not Recommended: Microwave and oven.
