B-Minus by Seeking Health is a pure vitamin B complex formula that provides thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, and biotin. It is free of B12 and folate.
B-Minus is ideal for those who have trouble tolerating methylated B vitamins, allowing for non-methylated or preferred forms of B12 and folate to be added to one's regimen as needed. Suggested Usage
Adults: Take 1 capsule with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
Folate and B12 are not included in this formula. Ensure that you consume adequate levels of them from your diet, or supplement with a methylated or methyl-free B12 and folate combo.
