Suggested Use for Magnesium Flakes
Dissolve 1-3 cups of magnesium flakes in warm bath or foot soak, soak for 30 mins or more as desired.
Suggested Usage
Temperature of the water should be 101-103 °F (39 °C). Soak for 30 minutes or more. Following bath, rinse with warm water and pat dry.
- For foot soaks, dissolve up to 3 cups
- For body soaks, dissolve one full bag
